A Good Question

A friend asked how to live in a diverse world with different religions, different people, with joy and suffering.

R: That is a good question! When we trust Ramana and hear his message, we will look into our own experience. Then we may discover that all the diversity of the world we experience as thoughts. All the sages, and especially Sri Ramana, point out that our essence is a timeless being, or presence.

Can we be aware of that here and now?  That is the Divine element always present in every experience but often overlooked. Practically, we have to do only one shift, from the thinking process to this timeless beingness, and give IT the first priority again and again. This presence alone can bring true harmony and orderliness into our experience. That is also the First commandment of the bible, Old and New Testament.

WuJi agrees with Ramana Maharshi -, that there is no Real choice, no real renunciation and no Real realization. When the illusory egoji is vanished – who is there to realise, (i.e. make real), what is ever Real and, like Grace, - all around us and within? There is a dharmic “destiny that shapes our ends” and our beginnings, our becoming and begoing, in the anandaful Maya-Lila. It fulfils itself in and through us-, irrespective of our ego-prawd predilections-. We do not know what we do or what we are and, so, may be – forgiven.
